Status message:
For popular books I give precedence to European moochers. I am not unwilling to send books further afield, but ask North American moochers to check for someone on their own continent first.

I will send to anywhere in Europe and am happy to send small hard to find books all over the world, but use your head and don't ask me to send a widely available paperback or a giant non-fiction tome to the other side of the planet.

I can only get to the post office at weekends. I will be away often during the summer, so it may be a couple of weeks before I can send your book.

There are no pets or smokers in my house. Almost all books are second-hand or previously mooched.

I am happy to send to other countries if the book is not too heavy. Usually it is via surface mail, which takes a bit longer. Thanks for your patience! :)

If you are a *will only send to my country* person, but are mooching internationally, I wholeheartedly encourage you reconsider sending overseas as it expands the available book base for everyone! You know, the whole "Do unto others..." adage. Not only do you get 3 points instead of 1, but it's good karma! :)


My books come from a variety of sources, but my home is smoke and pet free. I do my best to describe the condition of each book.

The post office nearest to my workplace has been closed, and I am not always able to mail books daily. My goal is to always communicate any serious delays that may occur. So far, they have been rare. :)

Status message:
Since I work during the week till late, I can only send books during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

So when you mooch on any day, it'll be sent out at the nearest weekend to that date.
