I try to respond to requests quickly...

All books posted within the UK will be sent second class.

Mooches sent outside of the UK will be posted using surface mail (except maybe small ones to Europe), so please keep in mind that there may be long delivery times for these parcels. The US tends to take a couple of months, elsewhere could be three or four months.

All my books have been read at least once and many are from charity shops or second hand when acquired. However, most are in good condition - some are excellent - and I'll let you know in the condition notes if there's anything significantly different.

All my books are in a decent condition, unless specified. My house is smoke free, but there is a cat (who disapproves of my reading and will sit on my books if provoked...)
I'll send most books anywhere in the world - but there might just be an issue with very large ones!

I get to the post office once or twice a week, but if life's a bit manic and it'll take longer, I'll let you know.

Any of my books may have been near animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, turkeys and horses. They exhbit no evidence of this, perhaps unless you are allergic to them. None of them smell of smoke (to me) but I can't guarantee they haven't been near some (either tobacco or coal) in their lifetimes.

Most books sent abroad will go by airmail but if a very thick paperback or hardback will go surface mail and I will state it in the book condition

Bio:
I am at the older end of the bookmooch community and have raised my family and when not working love to read, can't have to many books waiting to be read. Love the idea of sending my books all around the world and if only the books could talk what tales they could tell.
