This is one of several "neon" journals that I picked up on sale at the local drug store. They are small in size - the pages are about the size of an index card and are unlined and brightly colored in the theme of each of these "color" journals. The theme of this journal is "blue." It is a celebration of all things literally and figuratively "blue" - blue moods, blue-notes, events that occur once in a blue moon...all things "blue" are welcome
