ceecee (USA: CA) (2017/09/08): I enjoyed reading Sandra Brown's book, Not Even for Love. I really do enjoy her books, but this one wasn't one of my favorites. I enjoy reading about independent women, which this book had, but I'm not a fan of reading about women who take any kind of abuse, even verbal abuse from men. I understand how misunderstanding drove the characters apart while at the same time their underlying love kept thrusting them together. However, I wish the author could have made the female lead character a little more stronger in character.
