michael (Canada) (2009/09/05): it has value but not everyone's cup a teaif you want a guidebook on how to respond in different life scenarios, it will provide you with some guidance. is it a holy grail to follow? Naw...but some good stuff you can add to your arsenal in helping you deal with personal injustices.
