I've changed my setting to 'ask first'. I have never yet refused a request, and I should be able to send, but may have to delay for a while.
When I send internationally, I always use surface mail, which can take up to 4 months. Please be aware of this when you mooch from me.
I can only get to the post office on Saturdays.
