Hi!

For lack of a better place to put this info...

For international shipments, I will usually go with surface mail unless the cost difference is negligeable (it does happen, but I have stopped trying to figure out our postal service!). Canada Post says that delivery of a surface package can range anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months but the postie can usually provide a fairly accurate estimate when I go mail it. PS - I will mail any of my books worldwide to anyone who asks :)
