Bio:
I am a full time carer for my husband, who is now disabled and we both love books. I joined BookMooch to try and share some of our ever growing collection.

I collect books on the countryside especially biographies about people who live and work in the country. Also true stories of animals, particularly cats and dogs, but I also read anything else that catches my attention even some horror, history and the cornflake packet!!! My husband does bookbinding as a hobby (he had to retire early due to ill health) and collects anything about bookbinding, books on books or anything connected with Eric Gill, the sculptor.

The photo here is a small selection of some of the books my hubby, Chris has restored.

We have no pets now (sadly) but have had dozens in the past, and actually ran an animal sanctuary many years ago. Poppy, our neighbours cat regularly visits us.She is a real sweety and 'talks' constantly to us and never stops purring(except when asleep)!

Most books are our own from new and are well looked after and from a smoke-free home. Any books which we have bought from charity shops which may have some damage will be clearly detailed in the descriptions.

They will all be carefully wrapped to post.
