Bio:
I live in New Zealand, a beautiful country in the South Pacific. It has a lot of good points, but it does mean that sending books to elsewhere in the world will take several weeks, so please keep that in mind when mooching from me. The other side of that is that books take a while to reach me, too - but I don't mind that, just as long as everyone keeps communicating. Surface mail postage to me is fine.

I DON'T refuse to send books just because it would cost you less to buy than it would cost me to post it. I'm here to pare down my collection of excess books, and will happily post you a book if you'd rather spend BM points on it rather than cash. It's not as if you can use your BM points (or your collection of excess books) to buy food or pay rent, after all! Similarly, I DON'T refuse to send internationally to a moocher who has made the choice not to do the same. If you don't want to pay international postage, that's your choice to make.

The books I list are in a variety of conditions, and I describe to the best of my ability. Most of them were second-hand when I acquired them, so assume that they are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The inside of my home, where the books live, is smoke- and pet-free; we have pet chickens, but they live outside and haven't learned to read yet :) I will mention it if the book is obviously (to me) musty or smelly, but I regret that I can't guarantee that any given book is completely allergen-free.

To reduce wear and tear on the planet (and my finances), I re-use packaging materials wherever possible.
