I love mysteries, especially cozies and historicals. One of my favorite recent authors is Joanne Fluke. I'm looking for Berkley Prime Crime books but not many get posted here, especially the recent ones. I'm also looking for books with Sherlock Holmes in them (I read all the original ones). I like books featuring Jane Austen's characters by modern authors and have a bunch on my wish list. I love Uncle John's Bathroom Readers and I collect them. I also like Reader's Digest big books that tell about history or have interesting info in them.
I've bought new books and gotten some from library book sales, etc. And, of course, from swapping on this and other websites! Now I have to read the swapped books and re-send them.
It would be great if you could mooch more than one book at a time, since I don't have too much money for sending out books.
I can't afford to ship internationally because of my job situation. When I win the lottery (ha-ha!) I will ship worldwide to make more readers happy. Maybe sometime I will be able to ship to Canada. I've been to Toronto a few times.
I sometimes put Bookcrossing labels in my books. It would be great if you could go to their website when you receive a book from me and leave notes about the book and what you plan on doing with it.
I love game shows (most of the ones that ask trivia questions), especially Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and Jeopardy.
I love cats and have a bunch. They were all strays.
