I'm trying out the whole sending-to-other-countries thing, so bear with me if I take a while to decide whether or not to accept mooches from outside the US. Generally speaking, it costs about the same to send to Canada, so I'll probably say yes to Canadian moochers; Europe costs about twice or thrice as much, depending, so it may really just depend on how my finances look for that week. If it is genuinely difficult to find that book in your country, I will take it into consideration. I've yet to deal with mooches from other parts of the world, so go on and ask.
