Status message:
I do have cats that have been around the books; non-smoker. Most all the books I have were purchased used or mooched, and I have no idea of their history and exposure to pets or smoking. Additionally, when I put a condition note on a book, I am just describing it, not grading it for sale or someone else's standards. If that isn't good enough, perhaps you should mooch from someone else.

1/15/16: I recently had a bad experience mooching a book from someone who melted down scented candles, and it permeated the book she sent me. I do not do well in any environments with strange scents; consequently, I guess if you burn scented candles or use a lot of potpourri, please let me know, and I will not mooch from you. I could not keep this book in my house in order to do a Bookmooch and had to put it into a Little Free Library for giveaway.

3/2/2016: I cannot emphasize enough my statement above about funky perfumes. I just got a book today that was "perfumey." Not as bad as the book above, so it is living in my garage for a while to air out. This is worse than cigarette smoke to me.

8/27/2019 I love a large order, as a friend has recently given me her book collection, and I am trying to liquidate that. If points are an issue, email me. I don't need them! Adding another book to the first usually adds a little. It's a great bargain and the reason I ask that you check my inventory for another title - or more.
