Bio:
I am a member of the Angel Network so feel free to get in touch if you would like something from the UK. If you do this, please include your name on Bookmooch, the country in which you live, the title of the book you want, and whether or not you have already reserved it for yourself. This makes it easier for me to mooch quickly, and I appreciate it.

Most of my books are acquired used (some are ex-library, at the moment none are proofs), but are in at least reasonable condition. Many are in better shape than that. I have tried to add the correct editions but make no guarantees; if any of this is an issue please check with me before mooching.

Nov 09 update: the British postal service have promised no new strikes until after Christmas. Yippee! However there's still a massive backlog so delays will continue when mooching from the UK (and please get in contact before marking anything as lost). Where I live mail is still only being delivered about three times a week, so books are also taking longer to get through (which I'd appreciate if you kept in mind when emailing to ask about a book's status).

I normally go the post office on Saturdays. I also send worldwide and don't mind whether you do or not (although all the best people do!). Everything that can goes surface mail (which is all parcels outside the EU), and it seems to be worth repeating that surface mail can take a while. To North America it seems to be 2-3 months, and to Asia 4-5. I don't mark a book as sent unless it has been. If you're worried about the status of your parcel don't hesitate to ask me, but once it's mailed unfortunately it's out of my hands.
